Data collected on this website is processed by Nutifafa Trading Togo (NUTRATO), whose registered office is in Hedzranawoé, Lomé, Togo. For any question, write to us at contact@nutrato.sarl.
Data collected
We only collect the information you enter in the forms:
Quote form
- Your contact details: name, company, email, phone, country and preferred contact method
- A description of your operation: services required, direction, mode of transport, origin and destination, planned date, Incoterm, goods, packaging, quantity, weight, volume and available documents
- Any message you add
Contact form
- Your contact details: name, company, email and phone
- The subject of your message, your file reference if any, and your message
As with any website, the hosting provider also records technical connection data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) in its logs, to keep the website running and secure.
How we use your data
Your data is used to:
- Answer your questions and requests
- Prepare and send you a quotation
- Contact you by the method you chose
- Follow up your file if you entrust us with an operation
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided before sending a form, and on the exchanges needed to prepare a quotation or contract at your request.
Recipients
Your data is intended for:
- The NUTRATO team handling your request
- Our technical service providers (website hosting, email), to the extent needed for their service
- If you entrust us with an operation, the parties who make it possible (carriers, hauliers, customs administration), for the information needed to carry it out only
Your data is never sold or rented, and is not used for advertising.
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to an operation are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Documents relating to a completed operation are kept for the periods required by commercial and customs regulations.
Where your data is hosted
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., in the United States. Data sent through the forms may therefore be processed outside Togo, by this provider and solely for the purposes of the service.
Cookies
The website sets a single cookie, i18n_redirected, which remembers your chosen language for one year. It is needed for the website to work and is not used for tracking. The website uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under Togolese Law No. 2019-014 on the protection of personal data, you may:
- Access the data concerning you
- Have it corrected or completed
- Request its deletion
- Object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may refer the matter to the Togolese personal data protection authority (IPDCP).
